AI fair use

30 requests a day · 300 a month

All Pro plans, including the lifetime launch offer and complimentary accounts, share the same AI allowance. Tutor and SAM count together. Reading lessons, playing games and practising existing questions do not use AI requests.

• Daily allowance resets at midnight UTC. Monthly allowance resets at midnight UTC on the first day of each calendar month. Unused requests do not roll over.
• One reply can be in progress per account. Wait five seconds between requests. Long conversations keep recent context; start a fresh chat when changing topics.
• A request accepted for AI processing counts once, including a provider failure. Requests refused because you are signed out, lack Pro, exceed the allowance, or send unsupported input do not count.
• Use AI for your own revision. Automated requests, shared accounts, bulk generation and reselling access are outside fair use. The limit is enforced on the server.

What lifetime includes

The launch offer is a single payment for ongoing Pro app and content access while BrushUp operates. It does not promise unlimited AI or a fixed AI provider forever. The same daily and monthly AI allowance applies, with no automatic extra charges.

If we change the allowance, we will explain the new limits and effective date in the app before they apply. Your current allowance remains visible beside chat. You can keep using lessons and practice when AI is paused.

Use answers thoughtfully

AI can make mistakes and is not a verified source or examiner. Check lesson references and your provider’s guidance. Use fictional practice cases; keep identifiable patient information out of chat.
